Meet the Euro-Tech Team

Ernie followed his dream to open up his own repair shop, and that dream came true in 2008. Golden was the perfect location, and has provided service to customers all along the I-70
corridor and the Denver Metro area. Ernie prides himself on keeping up with the ever-changing technology of cars, but his depth of knowledge is unmatched.

Ernie still enjoys working on his OWN cars — when there is time.

If not at the shop, where would you be? Ernie says, “Enjoying the mountains. Summer on the lake, Winter in the snow!”

Ernie’s favorite car is a BMW. “…Because straight off the showroom floor, they offer great handling and are well-made machines.”

Becky was Ernie’s first office employee and has been the voice and face of Euro-Tech since 2009. Being part of an evolving, growing shop has allowed Becky to build customer relationships that you will rarely find. A trusted liaison between the techs and the customer, Becky understands how important your car is to you! She ensures you are communicated with during the repair process.

When asked what keeps you here, Becky says, “The People! We have been so blessed to have some really great customers. I love hearing their stories and find them fascinating.”  It’s the customers that keep us thriving, and we appreciate every one of them!

Tyler is one of our lead techs and grew up in the shop — as soon as he could push a broom! Euro-Tech has been the springboard to Tyler’s career and deep knowledge of anything with a motor. He is a valued member of the team and keeps everybody on their toes with a good Dad joke, since he’s a new dad.

When there is a complicated car that comes into the shop, Tyler is the first to jump on it. “I get great satisfaction from solving an issue that no one else could figure out.” If you ever need something explained to you about your car, Tyler is your guy. He has a talented way to clarify and simplify anything about your car into layman’s terms.

Rob came from the aviation industry, with a degree in Aviation Mechanics. After working for a major airline as a lead mechanic, he eventually found his way to the automotive industry. Ever since he can remember, Rob has worked on cars with his dad. Being passionate about working on cars, Rob was hesitant that he’d lose that passion if it became his profession, but here at Euro-Tech, he’s been able to keep that passion alive. Rob has a vast knowledge of pretty much any car you can think of, European or not. Rob is one of our lead mechanics and has been a valued team member since 2020.

Rob’s favorite car is:  1969 Plymouth Barracuda.  There’s NOTHING like a classic car.  Have one for sale?  Rob just might be interested!

Joel has been with Euro-Tech since 2022.  A Marine Corps Veteran, Joel began his career in the automotive industry by working as a mechanic at local dealerships. “Working on cars was a hobby that gave me purpose.” What Joel likes most about working at Euro Tech is “The satisfaction I get after completing a job 100%”.

When asked, “What is your dream car?” Joel says he has several, but at the moment, it’s the Shelby F150.

Joel still enjoys working on cars as his hobby, as he works on his Acura Integra every chance he gets. We love that our mechanics have a passion for cars that extends into their careers at Euro-Tech.
